She was predeceased by: her father Donald Kolberer. She is survived by: her mother Wilma Kolberer (Tiemann) of Chapin, Illinois.; her husband Paul Peterson; her daughters, Amy (Keith) of Cambridge and Lisa of Memphis, Tennessee; her sister Sue (Tim); and her nephews, Justin (Bailey) and Brandon.

Peg and Paul spent most of the last 18 months during Covid at the Lake of the Ozarks.

Memorials may be made to the Elgin Community Crisis Center, Eastern Illinois Food Bank, or Raising Hope Free Store through Williamson Funeral Home, 1405 Lincoln Avenue, Jacksonville, IL, 62650.
