He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Palmgren and Mary Jane Palmgren (Stephens); and his siblings, Alan Palmgren and Laura Murphy (Rick). He is survived by: his wife Paula Palmgren (Spencer); and his siblings, Susan Lamb (Richard), Gary Palmgren and Brian Palmgren (Ammie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
