She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert W. Downing and Mary M. Downing; her spouse Thomas F. Anderson; her siblings, Robert Downing (Valerie) of Philadelphia and Susan Videen (Tom) of Santa Fe; her friends, Richard, Virginia Rose, David Rose (Lynn) of Cincinnati, OH, Kathryn Norman (Greg) of Orlando, FL and Daniel Rose (Carolyn) of Avon Lake, OH.; and also Victoria Glidden (Bruce) of Rockford, IL. She was also cherished by four nephews and one niece.

Donations in Nancy's memory may be made to the Champaign County Humane Society.
