She is survived by: her parents, Cynthia Anne Smith of Champaign, IL. and Eric Stephen Burkett; her children, Jesus, Alexandria, Amariyah, Amiriyon and Aliciyah Smith; her siblings, Aleesha Smith of Jackson, MS., Steven Burkett of Atlanta, GA. and Anthony Burkett of Atlanta, GA.; her nieces, Natalie Macon of Urbana and Olivia White of Jackson, MS; and her aunt Janet Ann Smith. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
