He was predeceased by: his brother Jason. He is survived by: his parents, William D. Cahill Jr. and Lynn Erwin Cahill; his child Savoy; and his siblings, Justin Cahill of Everett, Jennifer Cahill of Forrest, Staci Cahill of Champaign, Patricia Stumborg of Champaign and Rachael Tobias of Mahomet.
