He was predeceased by: his father George Lee Biggers; his wife Tandra Elizabeth Perkins; and his grandmother Myrtle Eleanor Head. He is survived by: his mother LaVeda Clara Perkins; his son Daniel Jermaine Perkins (Michael Antonio Huff); and his siblings, Aubin Delano Perkins, Crystal Lemuel Perkins, Wendy Jones, Teresa Wilson (Edward), Valerie Ann Perkins and Desiree Danielle Muhammad (Theo). He is also survived by his grandchildren along with a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and his friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Leek & Sons Funeral Home (1215 W Bradley Ave, Urbana, IL 61801). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Michael Anthony Perkins returned to the Lord on January 12th, 2025, at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana.
