She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William McWilliams (Bill) and Cora McWilliams; her husband Louis Fredrick Welch; her sons, Charles Welch, Thomas Welch of Ridgeland Mississippi and Steven Welch of Urbana Illinois; and her stepchildren, Carolyn Edwords of Mesquite Texas, Stan Honn of Eugene Oregon and Sara Qualls. She was also cherished by five granddaughters, three grandsons, two great-grandsons, and one great-granddaughter.
Memorials may be made to the Philo Road Church of Christ in Urbana.
