She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles N. Robinson and Opal Brown Robinson; her husband Charles Burris; and her children, Charles Bowen Burris (Martha) of Washington, Beth Colclasure (Brent) of Champaign and Margret K. Guy (Les) of Decatur. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren, and fourteen great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association or St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.
