He was predeceased by: his father Raymond J. Wagner; and his stepfather Paul Reitz. He is survived by: his mother Patricia A. Brooks; and his brothers, Tracy Wagner (Cathy) of Fisher, Charles Wagner (Wanda) of New Bern and Barre Wagner (Julie) of Mansfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
