She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hornsey and Erica Hornsey (Green); her husband Clyde Forrest; and her sister Elizabeth Reeves. She is survived by: her children, Russ Forrest of Gunnison, Mitch Forrest of Mackinaw and Amy Sequeira of Merritt Island; and her siblings, Diane Enloe and Bill Hornsey.
