He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark D. Brown and Esther E. Brown; his brother Mark; and his wife Harriet. He is survived by: his sons, Tom Brown (Mary Ann) of Urbana and Ed Brown (Debra) of Atlanta; and his grandchildren, Davis Brown (Danielle) of Louisville, Geoffrey Brown (Laura McKee) of Decatur, Ross Brown (Lee) of Sacramento, Katie Agness (Chris) of Austin, Tex and Spencer Brown (Leigh) of Atlanta. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Emmanuel Memorial Episcopal Church in Champaign.
