It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Marie Chase of Urbana, Illinois, born in Tiskilwa, Illinois, who passed away on January 15, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Chase and Mary Chase (McMahon). She is survived by: her sisters, Julie Chase of Steamboat Springs, CO, Rebecca Carstenson (David) of Seminole, FL, Catie Chase of Berlin, WI and Cristie Hess of Berlin, WI; her niece Taylor Scharschmidt; her nephews, Parker and Carter Hess; and her pets, Sam, Spooky, Loki, Foxie and Max.
