He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Bartley and Hazel Dean Bartley (Strode). He is survived by: his wife Jayne Ann Keltz; his sons, Chad Bartley of Paris, IL and Brent Bartley (Brooke) of Paris, IL; and his brother David Bartley (Tawna) of Georgetown, IL. He is also survived by five grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Jayne Bartley.
