We are sad to announce that on September 2, 2018, at the age of 94, George Pinney (Urbana, Illinois), born in Hiawatha, Kansas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of George Pinney to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mary, James, Janet and Ruth. He is survived by: his parents, George Pinney and Janet Pinney (Daniels); his wife Helen Charney; and his children, Kevin G. Pinney (Tracy) of Woodway and Karen Mortensen (Peter) of Urbana.

Memorial donations in honor of George may be made to any public library.
