He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Deborah Hamby (Mark) of Seattle, WA, Cyndi Moore (Bill) of Decatur, IL and Steve (Kathryn) of Highlands Ranch, CO; his grandchildren, Bret, Ashley and Lainie; and his stepgranddaughters, Marika and Heidi. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
