He was predeceased by: his parents, John Barenberg and Helena Barenberg; his daughter Rita; and his siblings, Alvina, Rosemary, Carol, Lucille, Dorothy, Dennis and Eugene.
He is survived by: his former wife Virgie Rawline; his wife Nancy; his children, Katie (Bill), Janet, Mike (Cheryl), Gena (Bob), Myra, Pogue, Keith (Christi) and Steve (Kelly); his siblings, Mary Ann, Eileen, Charles and Maurice; and also Nancy J. Pogue. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
