We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2023, at the age of 94, Dorothea Marie Hunt of Urbana, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth May and Margaret May. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Donnell Hunt; her children, David Hunt (Deborah) of Danville, IN and DeAnne Bachtold (Matthew) of Brownsburg, IN; and her grandchildren, Cale Bachtold, Nate Bachtold, Ethan Hunt and Emily Hunt.

Donations may be made to either the Champaign County Extension Education Foundation or the First Presbyterian Church of Urbana in Dorothea's memory.

Dot was a kind, caring individual who touched the lives of many.”
