It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Blessman (Urbana, Illinois), born in Champaign, Illinois, who passed away on July 2, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Blessman and Frances Blessman (Grubb); his stepmother Mary Blessman; his siblings, Robert Louis Blessman and Jeannine Thoburn; and also, Melvin Schriefer, Jr. and Blayne Shelton.
He is survived by: his nieces, Ann Koontz, Donna Ferguson (Bill) and Mary Lee Richbark; his nephew Jim Richbark (Linda); and also, Jack Schriefer, Jeff Schriefer (Paulette), Eric Schriefer (Tina), Bobbi Dodd (Tony), Elizabeth Schleef (Jeff) and Mary Beth Jacobson (John). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Memorial contributions may be made in Donald's name to The Humane Society or the Camargo United Methodist Church.
