He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Helen Ward and Clarence Ward; his wife Penny Ward; his daughters, Amy Ward of Urbana and Kelly Fein (Adam) of Flower Mound; his stepdaughters, Kim Leighton (Al) of Ohio, Angela Nelson of Wisconsin and Lisa Kobe (Bob) of Champaign; his grandchild Melia Schultz (Eric) of Oswego; and his siblings, Gary Ward (Kathy) of Mahomet and Susan Harmon of Rantoul. He was also cherished by grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
