He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie Moore Sr. (Shaw) and Charles D. Moore Sr.; his son Kerry Alan Moore; and his siblings, Robert Z. Moore, Frank W. Moore, Jesse R Moore, Juanita M. Scrutchfield and Francis Rose Marie Schockley.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Parkhill; his daughters, Katherine Johnston (Kim) of Tamms, IL and Karen Edwards of Champaign, IL; and his grandchildren, Amelia K. Rinehart (Michael), Tyler W. Johnston and Aaron C. Edwards.
