We are sad to announce that on June 11, 2020, at the age of 92, Carmen Rucker of Urbana, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Best and Ida Best (Whitsitt); her husband Warren Osborne; and her sister Marjorie Dannewitz. She is survived by: her sons, Warren Osborne of Decatur Illinois and John Osborne (Susan) of Urbana Illinois; and her sister Judith Wilkerson of Norfolk Virginia. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
