He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert and Susie. He is survived by: his significant other Elizabeth; and his children, Terri McCarthy, Melissa Cook, Kayla Davis and Corey Badger. He is also survived by one sister, a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
