He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Frank; and his siblings, Klem, Harold and Rick. He is survived by: his mother Eunice Frank (Steele); his wife Rhonda (Miatke); his children, Josh Frank (Jillian) of Dayton, ME, Erin Wade (Grant) of Sullivan, IL, Richie Frank (Jenny) of Cheltenham, PA and Makenzie Aka (Kevin) of Louisville, KY; and his siblings, Doug, Barb, Roger, Lois, Betty and Gary. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; his mother.
