She was predeceased by: her parents, William Oscar and Arlene Franzene (Englin); and her brother Dennis Kissick. She is survived by: her sons, Bret Johnson (Tracey) of Rochelle, IL and Jerritt Boehle of Rochelle, IL; her brother Ed Kissick (Jan) of Rochelle; her grandchildren, Bailey Stevens (Scott), Broc Johnson, Denton Johnson and Gabe Boehle; her great grandchild Asher Stevens; and her nieces, Krista Kissick (Eric Cech), Erica Kissick and Tara Manning (Grant).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Sonja's memory to Kreider Services or the Rochelle Moose Lodge.
