He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Sr., Mary Regina, Edward and Bernice Gorisek. He is survived by: his son Jake Opsal of Princeton; his parents, John Jr. Regina and Fern Regina of LaSalle; and his sisters, Bernice Albin (Richard) of Omaha, NE and Nancy Goggil (Dana) of Ray City, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
