He is survived by: his former spouse Zinnie Mae Davis; his children, Robert Williams of Carbondale, James Williams, Jr. of Peoria, Jewell Brown (Jeffrey) of Richmond, VA, Chatauqua Jackson (Trevis) of Peoria, Sharese Williams of Dallas, TX, Shawndell Williams of Las Vegas, NV and Shanah Perry (O'Neal) of Peoria; and his siblings, Loretta Smith of Peoria, Joseph Williams (Geraldine McCall) of Glasford, Minister Lynnetta Pegues (Newell) and Rev. Larry Williams (Harry Williams). He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
