She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Ferguson and Annabelle Ferguson (Schultz); her husband Harold Charles Sawallisch; her sister Pat Blackburn; and her grandchildren, Allen Scott Hay, Melissa Roth and Juli Vannarath (Roth).

She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Hay (Bill Manke), Lynn Courier (Bill), Joan Roth (Bill), Jeannie Bright (Bob Nesladek) and Mary Lindsay (Casey); her grandchildren, Ed Hay (Debra), Kathy Knaak (Carl), Chris Courier (Michelle), Michelle Magden (Kevin), Luke Roth, Rachael Adler (Sean), Jason Flemming (Kellie), Sarah Bright, Laif Lindsay (Sabrina) and Jennifer Lindsay; her great grandchildren, Margaret Buchar (Sean), Joshua Hay (Veronica Wellman), Kristen, Kayla Knaak, Colin, Makenzie Courier, Connor, Kelsey Magden, Chase, Alex Sarver, Ellie Adler, Cole and Paige Lindsay; and her great great grandchild Mila Buchar.
