He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walt Belcher and Linda Belcher; his siblings, Nita Belcher Pitts (Steve) of Salem and Greg Belcher (Bambi) of Vernon; his sons, Shane Belcher of Patoka and Bo Belcher of Vandalia; his significant other Debra "Maude" McDowell Belcher; his daughter Kristi Koch (Jason); his grandchildren, Jacob, Kaleb, Krue of Dix, Kasei Kuhns (Jason), Dylan and Laney of Irvington; his mother-in-law Joyce McDowell; his sister-in-law Vickie Strange (Mike) of Springfield; his nieces and nephews, Morgan, Tanner, Kiara, Jason and Derek; and his father-in-law Harry McDowell.
