He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Douglas and Mabel McCullough Douglas; his spouse Patti Sue Hensley Douglas; and his son Michael Douglas. He is survived by: his sons, Leonard Douglas (Kathryn Murdock) of Dennison and Joseph Douglas (Yah) of Dyer, IN; his grandchildren, Tanner Douglas of Dennison, Declan Douglas of Dyer, IN and March; and his siblings, Faye Keefer (Dennis) of Marshall and Fred Douglas.
