With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene E. Fettes of Union, Illinois, born in Elgin, Illinois, who passed away on December 24, 2020 at the age of 70. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence J. Sr. Fettes and Marie Fettes (Backhaus); and his brother John (Marilyn). He is survived by: his wife Naomi Benecke; his son Anthony (Branden); his siblings, Lawrence Jr. (Ruth Ann), James (Elda Lou), Barbara Brandt (Rodger), Cathy Roberts (Michael), Donna Yurs (Rick) and Susan Johnas (Joe); his siblings-in-law, Bonita Handling (Benecke) and Vaughn Benecke (Lynn); and his friend Jim Fox. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Social distancing and masks will be required.
