Shirley Rhodes Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Rhodes of Ullin, Illinois, who passed away on March 7, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. McHarry and Edna Mae McHarry (Melvin); and her siblings, Jake McHarry, William "Bud" McHarry (Beverly) and Betty McHarry.
She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Rhodes; her children, Rhonda Cochenour, Penny Wamback (John), Kimberly George (Bret) and Roy Turner; and her siblings, Evelyn Rarrick, Mary Wood, Terri Brindley (Chuck), Sally Petree (Jeff), Roy McHarry (Shirley) and David McHarry (Pam). She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren, and ten great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests with gratitude that memorials be to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
