He was predeceased by: his wife Sue Greenwood Doctorman; his parents, Owen Doctorman and Ruby Willis Doctorman; and his siblings, Dorothy Crnokrak, Shirley Gersbacher and Bill Doctorman.

He is survived by: his children, Chris Doctorman of Ullin, Craig Doctorman (Loretta) of Ullin, Illinois and Kelly Klosterhoff of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; his grandchildren, Lauren Reams of Ullin, Ryan Doctorman (Katie) of Ullin, Taylor Godinez (Sebastian) of Ullin, Dustin Klosterhoff of Cape Girardeau, Dillon Klosterhoff (Amanda) of Cape Girardeau and Hope Lang (Matt) of Anna, Illinois; and his great grandchildren, Laney Reams, Lexie Doctorman, Cash Doctorman, Ryder Doctorman, Maddox Godinez, Bexley Godinez, Mason Klosterhoff, Martin Klosterhoff, Mariah McTurnan, Stella Klosterhoff, Mathew Lang, Tinsley Lang, Lena Lang and Lenny Lang.
