It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Annie Pearl Gardner of Ullin, Illinois, born in Hickman, Kentucky, who passed away on November 1, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar and Ora; and her daughter Jacqueline Mckeealso. She is survived by: her siblings, Raymond Smith, Edgar Smith, Jr., William Smith, George Smith, Verbe Harris, Helen Curry, Vernell Richardson, Glenda Blakemore and Lavera Mitchell; her daughter Jessica Johnson; her husband Edward Gardner of Mound City; her children, Angela Welch (Raymond) of Mounds, Regina Engram (Calvin Pye), Gregory Gardner of Mound City, Illinois. and Eric Gardner of Mound City, Illinois.; her stepdaughter Tonya Woods (Rodney) of Mounds; her siblings, Joseph Smith, Sr. of Lorrain and Dorothy Nicholson of Carbondale; and her niece Glenda Nall of Mounds. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
