Oestreicher-Carmichael; his son Travis Montgomery; his stepsons, Samuel Carmichael (Laurie) of Sierra Madre, CA, Andrew Carmichael of San Diego, CA and James Carmichael (Allie) of Buena Vista, CO; his sisters, Betty Linn Cravens, Cara Hammer and Deborah Merritt; his stepsiblings, David Haynes (Candi) of Charlestown, IN, Johnny Haynes, Loretta Haynes of Mattoon, Bonnie Conner of Tuscola and Nikki Smith (Ron) of Sullivan; and his aunt Karen Davis. He is also survived by several other step-brothers, step-sisters, nieces and nephews.
