Ruth Marie Sims Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2025, at the age of 98, Ruth Marie Sims (Tuscola, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Ruth Marie departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Ruth Marie. Though Ruth Marie may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Marion and Julia H. Eakin (Hasemeier) of Bondville, IL.; her husbands, Frank Arbuckle and Harry Sims; her children, Judith Marie Cox and Russell Dean Arbuckle; and her brother John Eakin.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Colleen Arbuckle of Sonoita, AZ. She is also survived by three grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Tuscola, IL.
