She was predeceased by: her parents, George Frank and Ethel Catherine Pigg Mayer; her husband Charles E. "Chuck" Crowder; and her siblings, Wayne Mayer, Bill Mayer, Catherine Stewart and Ruth Goad.
She is survived by: her children, Susie Lonzerotti (Dale) of Springfield, IL and Jimmy "Jim" Crowder (Winnie) of Hattiesburg, MS; her granddaughter Jennifer McDowell (Kyle); and her great grandchildren, Parker, Alexis and Leeman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 7th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home (705 S Main St, Tuscola, IL 61953). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the Shriners' Children's Hospital or to the Eastern Star Home, Macon, IL.
