He was predeceased by: his parents, Chall Kelly and Carrie Faye Kellogg (Ward); his wife Barbara Jean Kellogg (McCann); his siblings, Lyle Arthur Kellogg (Helen), Walter Allen Kellogg (Lela) and Helen Wetzel (Wilbur); and his close friend Sue Willison.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Walker (Cliff) of Pinckneyville, IL, Rick Kellogg of Tuscola, IL and Carol Tewell (John) of Tuscola, IL; his grandchildren, Andy Walker (Jennifer) of Herrin, IL, Megan Schneider (Shaun) of Pinckneyville, IL, Sarah Sieberns (Brandan), Kelsey Lessaris (John) of Huntertown, IN and Mallory Tewell of Ottawa, IL; and his great grandchildren, Drew, Cole, Reed, Ty, Lucas, Madelyn and Theodore.
