She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles L. Fogel and Audrey M. Plankenhorn Fogel; and her brother Lloyde Dale Fogel. She is survived by: her sons, Robert "Todd" Foster (Vicky) of Charleston, IL and Jeffrey L. Foster (Marydith) of Tuscola, IL. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
