She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hale and Reeta Hale (Brandon); her husband Kenneth Albert Horenkamp; her daughters, Pamela Sue Gandy and Debra Gandy Kutz; and her grandson Wim Wetzel.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Gandy (Cathy) of Charleston, IL, Donald Gandy (Cathy) of Mattoon, IL, Jan Horenkamp (Genie) of Marrietta, GA and Lisa Evans of Tuscola, IL; her nephew Rick Burcham of Decatur, IL; and her niece Rayleen Burcham Lutterll of Oakley, IL.. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in her honor may be given to any animal rescue group.
