She is survived by: her husband Fred Sly; her stepsons, Allyn Sly of Chrisman and Jeremy Sly of Paris; and her siblings, John Shafer of Cloverdale, Indiana and Lois Shafer of Cloverdale, Indiana. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
