He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Ray "Shorty" and Agnes Cecilia "Babe" Reimer Allen; his former wife Rosa Pilsner; his children, Clifford Ray Allen and Cynthia Ann Allen; and his siblings, Mark Allen and Madonna Keene.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Faye Robbins; his daughters, Sonya Bean (Gene) of Rantoul, IL and Angela Cawley (Jay) of Mustang, OK; his grandchildren, Samantha Bean, Anthony VanGurp and Megan Black; his great grandchildren, Kaiaden and Layton Black; his siblings, Rita Willoughby (Richard) of Tuscola, IL and Oppie Allen (Carol) of Hammond, IL; and his stepchildren, Tammie Rhea and Mitchell Reesor. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association or the donor's choice.
