She was predeceased by: her parents, Lionel Lewis and Edna Harrison Lewis; and her husband Ralph Eugene Cook. She is survived by: her children, Steve Cook (Debbie) and Sue Carter (Larry) of Tuscola; and her sister-in-law Joyce Lewis. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
