He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenton Hall and Olga Hall. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Hall of Tuscola; his grandchildren, Michael, Matthew and Leslie Grace Gibson; his brother Allen Hall (Janet) of Broadlands; his nieces and nephews, Julie (Tom), Jennifer Linville (DJ), Peyton, Parker Courson, Hope and Holly Linville; and also, Amy Vaughn Sims (Jason) of Indianapolis, Andrew Kimery Hall of Tuscola and Ashley Ellen Gibson (Frank) of Pittsboro, Indiana.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home (705 S Main St, Tuscola, IL 61953). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Neoga Presbyterian Church (704 Locust Ave, Neoga, IL 62447).
Suggested memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, Eastern Illinois Foodbank, and the Tuscola United Methodist Church.
