He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Edgar and Lura Leslie Kater Wills; his wife Barbara Ann Van Gundy; and his sister Phyllis Landers. He is survived by: his children, Jerie Wills of Camargo, IL and Phil A. Wills (Connie) of Gainesville, GA; his grandchildren, Ginger Dugan (Johnny) and Phillip Wills (Haley); and his great grandchildren, George, Claire, Daniel, Jonah and Walker.
