He was predeceased by: his wife Ethel Marie Belles; his parents, Benjamin Franklin Harbaugh and Cuma Ethel Harbaugh Rahn (Wallace); his stepfather Fred J. Rahn (Ethel Marie Harbaugh); his brother Benjamin Quinn Harbaugh; his stepsister Betty Leonard (Rahn); and his son-in-law Michael Ekstorm.
He is survived by: his children, Rev. James F. Harbaugh (Janice) of Roseville, MN, Terry L. Harbaugh (Rhonda) of Pesotum, IL and Cindy M. Ekstrom of Tuscola, IL; his granddaughters, Dagmar Clutter, April Doyle (Wade), Christine Schwab, Maria Cote (Dan) and Joanna Biessener (Adam); and his great grandchildren, Christian Rose, Natalie, Nolan Doyle, Charlotte, David Cote, Elise and James Biessener.
Memorials may be made to the Immanuel Lutheran Church or the Tuscola Lions Club.
