It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenda Compton of Tuscola, Illinois, born in Greenup, Illinois, who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Logan Adams and Mary Lou Grissom; her brothers, Neal Springer and Robert Springer; and her son Michael D. Sealey.

She is survived by: her husband David Compton; her brothers, Wayne S. Springer Jr. of Afton and Charles Springer of Baxter Springs; her sister-in-law Janet K. Springer of Sun Lakes, Arizona.; her son Burton D. Sealey III (Lynn) of Steger, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Flaurie J. Walls (Ricky) of Monee, Illinois, Michelle D. Winemiller (James Rehn) of Sauk Village, Mary G. Blicken of Tuscola and Christina Kodrick (Tracy) of Joliet.
