It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel J. Otto of Tuscola, Illinois, who passed away on August 26, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonas Otto and Sarah Otto (Mast); and his sisters, Sarah Otto and Ada J. Miller (Harvey). He is survived by: his wife Fannie D. Miller of Tuscola, IL; his children, David Otto (Rachel), Viola Yoder (Lyle) of Arthur, IL, Wilmer Otto (Martha) and Delbert Otto of Trenton, MO; and his siblings, David J. Otto (Christina) of Arcola, IL, Ella Otto of Arcola, IL, Lydia Otto of Arcola, IL, Mary Otto of Arcola, IL, Susanna Otto of Arcola, IL, Miriam Schrock (Jonas) of Arcola, IL and Verna Herschberger (Monroe) of Sullivan, IL.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
