He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Ivan and Edith Lucille Rhodes (Gregory); his former wife Beatrice June Gessford; and his siblings, Charles Rhodes and Naomi Acklin.
He is survived by: his wife Carleen Cain; his daughters, Christal Fay Rhodes, Connie June Harrison, Cheryl Ann Rhodes and Andrea Lee Rhodes; and his sister Wilma Cain. He is also survived by four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
