We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2020, at the age of 94, Burlin Obrecht (Tuscola, Illinois), born in Ivesdale, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Obrecht and Gladys Osterman Obrecht; and his wife Frances V. Lemny. He is survived by: his son Denny; his granddaughters, Angela (Dan Bronke) of Nashville, IL, Crystal (Bryan Bourcier) of Fort Wayne, IN and Bonnie (Edwin Fernandez) of Ocean Springs, MS; his great grandchildren, Josephine, Johnathan, Jacob Bronke, Caillat, Cullen Bourcier, Ellasandra and Ezra Fernandez; and his sister Sandra Gerth of Tuscola.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a private funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at the Three Heirachs Greek Orthodox Church, Champaign, IL with Rev. Father Michael Condos officiating.
