He was predeceased by: his half-brother David Steele. He is survived by: his parents, William Luis Ritchie Jr. of Woodward, OK and Donna Marie Steele (Lovan) of Riverside, CA; his brothers, William Luis Steele III of Riverside, CA and James Steele (Caroline) of Lake Arrowhead, CA; his stepchildren, Amber Skinner (Jason) of Pinckneyville, IL, Amy Eastman (Mike) of Charleston, IL and Bryan Thomas (Alexandria) of Arcola, IL; his stepmother Wilma Roberts of Arcola; and his nieces and nephews, Ashlyn, Mya, Kelly, Amanda, Alexander of California and Nicholas of California. He is also survived by 7 step-grandchildren, his family and friends.
